"Frozen in time"

1961 will always be known as one of the most tragic years in Figure Skating history! That was the year that Sabena Airliner 548 crashed in Kampenhout on it's decent into Brussels, carrying the entire US National Figure Skating team. They were on their way to Praag for the 1961 World Championships. Not only the athletes but also the coaches and chaperons lost their lives during this tragic accident!
