Freddi Poole

Freddi Poole is a native of Dallas Texas. She started her singing career in church at the age of four and got her first recording contract at the age of fourteen with the girl group "The Delicates". Raised in Los Angeles Freddi's impressive list of musical associations include performances with Lola Falana, former Supreme Jean Terrell, Lisa Stansfield, Phyllis Hyman, Patti Labelle, Ron Townsend, and The late great Sammy Davis Jr. Her television appearances include the Tonight Show, Merv Griffin, and the Arsenio Hall show. Freddi gained extensive recording experience with acts including Liza Minelli, Lou Rawls and Jermaine Jackson. She managed her own 12 piece band "The Motorcity Angels" and was touring extensively with the legendary Motown Songstress Gladys Knight. I had the chance to meet Freddi twice so far and she's a very lovely Lady. The first time I met her was backstage after a concert here in Antwerp, the second time was at the Sunset Junction in Los Angeles. I love her powerfull voice!
