Kevin Van der Perren came in 6th at NHK this weekend. He was 5th in the Short and 7th in the Free skate. In both programs he landed his triple Axel. It could have been better cause he made the stupid mistake of having four jump combinations while you are allowed maximum three in the free program! This means that his last jump combo of three consecutive jumps got lost and didn't receive any marks!

His girlfriend Jenna McCorkell also participated at NHK and was 11th in short and free and 11the over all. It seems that it wasn't her competition! She missed two major elements in the short being the jump combination and the solo jump. In the free it wasn't any better cause there she only had one triple jump but all judges gave it a -2GOE meaning that there was something wrong with that element.
